Mediation sessions are held on our outdoor deck and the retreat reflects a way of life in harmony with nature and focuses on the health of our planet.in the grounds is our family farm packed with freshly grown food for guests to enjoy. The hotel hosts Egyptian cooking lessons specialising in organic vegetarianvegan dishes and local restaurants are within walking distance.

Eco-friendly transport is available for hire to the Valley of the Kings and other ancient sites which are about 20 minutes away, although the whole area is the perfect setting for mindful walking. An ideal getaway for travellers seeking a hotel with a minimal environmental impact, whilst experiencing the ‘real’ Egypt.
